Celebrate Community Resilience!
Please join us in celebrating our Night of Giving Gala on October 16 at 7 pm. We will be celebrating community resilience and coming together to transform the future of our community! Join us in raising over $180,000 so we can support and empower youth and their families for many years to come.
We have made the decision to transition this years gala to a fully virtual event. Although we would have loved to have an in-person gala, we want to ensure the safety of our guests, volunteers, and staff in light of the new COVID regulations and increasing infections. All guests will be able to experience the gala from the comfort of their home, and participate in the online auction and the Fund A Dream from a phone, tablet or computer.

KEYNOTE SPEAKER: SILI SAVUSA
Sili Savusa is currently the Executive director of the White Center Community Development Association, a place based, non-traditional CDC which promotes authentic resident leadership opportunities and community-led initiatives. She serves on the Highline Community College Board of Trustees, the Governor’s Commission on Closing the Achievement Gap and Communities of Opportunity Governance Group. As a long time organizer and advocate, Sili has over 30 years of experience in anti-racist organizing with a focus on Pacific Islander communities and Communities of Color. Her distinguished experience in non- profit work include systems level policy development, cross cultural coalition building, and anti-racist organizing within institutions. Sili and her family reside in White Center, Seattle.
